RESUMO
Se realizó el presente trabajo de investigación titulado: "Actitud de la Enfermera hacia la Investigación y Factores que Influyen en su realización", responde a la siguiente interrogante: ¿Cuál es la Actitud de la Enfermera Hacia la Investigación y los Factores que Influyen en su Realización en el servicio de DCI 2C del hospital HNERM en el año 20097 Tiene como objetivos: Determinar la actitud de la enfermera hacia la investigación y los factores que influyen en su realización. Identificar: 1.-Actitud de la Enfermera hacia la Investigación. 2.- Factores personales e institucionales que influyen en la realización de investigación en las enfermeras. El tipo de estudio es cuantitativo, nivel aplicativo, diseño de corte transversal y según el análisis y alcance de los resultados de tipo descriptivo. Como población de estudio: Enfermeras del Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins (HNERM). Conclusiones: Las enfermeras tienen una actitud desfavorable hacia la investigación. La carga familiar, capacitación en investigación, tiempo ... son factores personales desfavorables en la ejecución de trabajos de investigación, caso contrario la experiencia en la realización de investigación, contar bibliografía adecuada. La capacitación permanente, facilidades institucionales e incentivos son factores institucionales desfavorables en la ejecución de trabajos de investigación, solo el apoyo del personal actúa como factor favorable.
This work of investigation titled "Attitude of the nurse to the Investigation and Factors that Influence in his realization" Responses to this question: What is the attitude of the nurse to the investigation and factors that influence in his realization in the service of UCI 2C from the hospital HNERM IN 2009? It has these following objectives: To determine the attitude of the nurse to the investigation and the factors that influence in his realization. To Identify: 1.¬Attitude of the Nurse to the Investigation. 2. - Personal and Institutional Factors that influence in the realization of investigation in the nurses. The type of study is quantitative, applicative level, transversal cut design and according to the analysis and the results obtained is a descriptive type. Population of study: Nurses of the National Hospital Eduardo Rebagliati Martins. Conclusions: The nurses have an attitude adverse to the investigation. The familiar issues, training in investigation, time ... are personal factors that are adverse in the execution of investigation work, otherwise the experience in the realization of this investigation, explaining specific bibliography. The permanent training, institutionals eases and incentives are institutional factors adverse in the execution of investigation works, only the support of the workers works as a favorable factor.
